Gingersnaps

2 1/4 Cups Flour
1 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Cups Cooking Oil
1/4 Cup Molasses
1 Egg
1 tsp baking Soda
1 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Cloves
1/4 Cup Sugar

Mix into a dough. Roll dough into balls. Roll balls into 1/4 Cup Sugar. Bake on
Cookie sheets 8 - 10 minutes at 375 degrees until tops crack on cookies.
