Old Woman's Pie Crust

2 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1 t. salt (optional)
1/2 c. water

Mix flour, margarine and salt (optional) together, adding water
as needed.
Separate dough into two balls. Roll one ball into a 9" pie
shell. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 400 for a half-baked pie
shell. Roll other ball into top crust.
