1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup chili sauce
1/3 cup dark brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
1 lemon, juice of
1/3 cup chopped onions
salt (for seasoning)
freshly ground black pepper
Put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse to blend in a smooth paste.
Season with salt and pepper.
Fill up in a clean bottle and refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
