1 bag of slaw mix (or) 1 head cabbage grated
1 green pepper
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
Mix slaw mix with green pepper and onion.
Mix oil, sugar and vinegar together stirring good.
Pour over the slaw mix, refrigerate several hours
before serving. Will keep 7 days in Fridge and
is delicious.
