Roasted Red Bell Pepper and Garlic Dip

2 roasted red peppers, peeled and seeded
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
thin crackers or toasted baguette, sliced

Place all ingredients in food processor.
Process until smooth.
If desired, garnish with a sprig of fresh parsley or basil.
