Mango Mint Salsa

2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced
1/2 cup finely diced red onion
1 green jalepeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves
2 Tbsp lime juice
salt and pepper

Combine all ingredients and let sit at room temperature for 2 hours to blend flavours. A fine accompaniment for summer barbecues!
