Green Tomato Jam/Marmalade

6 cups green tomato, ground and drained

6 cups sugar

One 6-oz. gelatin - strawberry or raspberry (for marmalade, use 1 thinly sliced lemon and a 6-oz. orange gelatin)

Mix ground tomato and sugar, stir well. Boil together for 15 minutes. Stir in gelatin. Seal in jars using a hot water bath for 10 minutes.
