2 (15oz) cans hominy
2 (4oz) cans green chilies
1 (8oz) sour cream
1 (8oz) Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 onion, grated
Drain hominy and chilies, combine all ingredients in a buttered casserole dish. Bake
covered at 350* for 30 minutes or until cheese and onion are tender.
