Rhonda's Carrot Bars

2 jars baby food carrots; junior size
4 eggs
1-1/4 cups salad oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon soda
1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins; optional

Mix all ingredients in bowl.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Top with whip cream.
