Radish Salad

3-4 bunches of radishes
1 hard boiled egg
2-3 tablespoons sour cream
salt

Wash and thinly slice the radishes. Sieve the yolk and mix with sour cream; pour onto the radishes. Add thinly sliced egg white, salt and mix well.
