Chili Sauce

12 large tomatoes, peeled
6 large sweet onions
2 green peppers
2 red bell peppers
1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar
1 tablspoon black pepper (carefully)
3 tablespoons kosher salt

Grind the tomatoes, peppers, and onion in a meat grinder.
Put all the ingredients in a large canning pot.
Bring to a boil and boil 20 minutes.
Put in 8-1/2 pint jars and seal.
