Cottage Cheese Dip
1 lb sm curd cottage cheese
1 lg carrot, grated
1 sm onion, minced
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
3 tbsp sweet pickle relish
2 tbsp minced pimento
1 tsp dried minced parsley
Combine all ingredients together. Serve chilled.
