Tamarind Chutney
4 teaspoons tamarind paste
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
5 mint leaves, chopped
Mix all ingredients except mint and transfer to a serving dish.
Garnish with mint leaves.
